The cutting-edge Live Scan technology involves: A skilled fingerprint technician bringing a state-of-the-art portable fingerprint lab to your chosen location. Fingerprints being captured on a smooth, clean screen, with the machine capable of detecting unusable captures, significantly reducing the chances of rejection during processing. Immediate electronic transmission of fingerprints, with results available via email in as little as 3 to 48 hours. Since the prints are taken and processed electronically, they can be stored in our optional Fingerprint Archiving system. This feature allows individuals with frequent fingerprinting needs to easily request their prints be sent to a specified destination.

    Yes we do! Mobile fingerprinting services offer convenient, on-site fingerprint collection, eliminating the need for individuals to travel to a physical location. Our professional technicians bring portable equipment directly to clients, whether at home, work, or other designated areas.   • How long is a typical Live Scan Fingerprint appointment?
    Our appointments for Live Scan Fingerprinting are approximately 10 minutes from start to finish.
  • Who Needs Live Scan fingerprinting?
    Many agencies and programs accept electronically submitted fingerprints for occasions such as adoption and gaining a firearm permit. Certain careers and professions will also require fingerprints as part of a background check. Some of these include nurse practitioners, physicians, pharmacists, dentists, and more.
  • Is Live Scan fingerprinting messy?
    No ink is used when doing live scan fingerprinting. You only need to touch a clean piece of glass to capture your images.
  • What payment types do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards as well as cash. All major credit cards accepted when booking online.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    We accept walk-in appointments at any of our locations.
  • How many fingerprint cards come with your appointment?
    Our service includes (2) Fingerprint cards printed on a standard FD-258. If you have cards provided by your employer you may bring them in for your appointment.
  • Can I be fingerprinted on my own cards or do we have to use your company cards?
    Yes, you can bring in your own cards for our technicians to roll fingerprints on. We also keep FBI FD-258 cards in stock at all times. This card is the U.S. standard and is accepted by most agencies.
  • Can you provide live scan fingerprinting for the California DOJ?
    The state of California doesn’t allow electronic submission outside of the state. We are able to provide you with our Live Scan Fingerprinting Service. This service includes your fingerprints digitally printed on (2) standard FD-258 cards. The State of California will accept these cards along with all other pertinent information that they have requested in your specific application instructions.
